Job Title: Independent Contractor – Delivery Driver (1099)

DrivrExpress LLC is currently hiring reliable, motivated, and professional Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to complete local deliveries using their own personal vehicles. This is a contract-based 1099 opportunity offering flexible scheduling, consistent routes, and high earning potential.

As a DrivrExpress Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will pick up customer orders from designated retail store locations and deliver them directly to customers’ homes. All deliveries are local, drop-off only, and require no installation, assembly, or special handling. Most drivers complete 12–15 stops per day.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up packaged orders from the assigned retail store location

Deliver items safely, efficiently, and professionally to customers’ homes

Verify delivery details and route information before departing the pickup location

Stay in contact with dispatch for updates, route adjustments, or delivery issues

Complete all deliveries within the assigned timeframe

Provide excellent customer service and represent DrivrExpress LLC in a professional manner at all times

Compensation

Drivers average $500–$700 per day

$200 daily minimum guaranteed

Weekly earnings average $3,000–$4,200

Pay is per stop (not hourly)

Typical route: 12–15 stops daily

On-Time Delivery Bonuses available for maintaining a 95%+ weekly on-time rate

Weekly settlements deposited directly

Contract Requirements

To qualify, contractors must:
✅ Have a qualifying personal vehicle:

Sedan/SUV (UBER/LYFT Drivers Only!)

Minivan

Pickup Truck

Small Cargo Van

✅ Maintain active auto insurance (DrivrExpress covers additional insurance requirements)
✅ Be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (not an employee)
✅ Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
✅ Be able to lift, carry, and transport packages (50 lbs or more)
✅ Have a smartphone capable of running the delivery app (dispatch, photo uploads, proof of delivery/POD)

Driver Qualifications

Own, lease, rent, or have dependable access to a delivery-ready vehicle

Valid driver’s license in good standing

Strong safety-first mindset and clean driving habits

Professional attitude with strong customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50+ pounds

Available to work 5–6 days per week, starting at 7:00 AM until route completion

Must live within 25 miles of the delivery location
